Pressure Washers are absolutely safe and used widely in both wash and detailing applications.
That said, use best judgement. Always use caution when operating pressurized systems.
Use caution on vehicles were rust or pealing paint.are a concern.
Solution options, turn down your pressure if applicable to your model, use a larger orifice nozzle, and finally stay at least 12 inches from the applied surface to help avoid any scarring of the material being washed.
