To aid you immediately, here is a series of pre check operations to get you on the right track.
STEPS:
The unit should start without any issue.
If the unit is brand new try to rotate the motor fan from the hole in the middle of the air conveyor (see below arrow).
No need to disassemble anything, just make sure the unit is unplugged from power.
By using a flat screwdriver rotate the motor fan and check if it is free to rotate.
This checks for any obstruction. In an odd instance it could be that perhaps water seals got stuck on the ceramic pistons and the unit is not able to start up freely.
After that has been completed.
Complete the following start up operations as below:
- Connect water inlet
- Connect accessories
- Plug the unit in
- Open the water inlet
- Pull the gun trigger until all air is discharged
- Switch the unit on by pulling the gun trigger at the same time
Lastly, per the user manual verify the nozzle being used.
Need to be sure that the nozzle is correct and orifice isn’t too small (higher current than standard).
