Hello,
Here are a few troubleshooting tips.
Check to make sure water flows freely: Turn off Unit, Remove Nozzle from Gun, Pull trigger and see if water flows freely through unit
Prime the Machine, you should hear the machine prime. ( turns on then quickly turns off)
Check your Nozzle to make sure its not obstructed. The machine comes with nozzle cleaner wire.
