Sediment or otherwise is likely obstructing the flow of water to your wand.
Few Things to try prior to call:
If you have not already tried,
1 Remove the nozzle/ Tip from gun
2. With unit off, turn water supply on and "squeeze trigger"
Does Water Come out? If yes: Nozzle needs cleaning
