Yes SKU#: PW909100K will fit the BC383HS.
2 Differences from the original:
Come with lances with fixed ends (nozzels), VS original having a 1/4" Quick connect end ( gun to lance connection are interchangeable so old lance will fit this gun)
Fitting from pressure hose to Gun: Original has a M22x14mm connection, this one uses a 100 Series male adaptor end that fits into the gun.
