Physically the models are different.
AR Blue Clean AR390SS, 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer

The AR390SS has a functional integrated hose with built in detergent tank, adjustable in front of the machine, when used with the "SOAP" nozzle.
The AR383 has a hose reel that is used to store the hose but you have to connect the hose to the machine.
