Our units have a 2 year warranty, check when you purchased and reach back out.
That said,
The pulsation means you have a leak in your system at or after the pump. ( pressure Side)
Check you connections make sure no pressure is passing though, or water is leaking. The pulsation of on and off, means that the pump is trying to prime. It catches up for a few seconds and as the pressure is released it starts again.
We see this happen mostly when units are left in the garage over the winter. The Pump freezes with the water still in the pump and a gasket or head cracks, causing a leak.
It could also be as simple as you have a leaking O-Ring at your gun connection or at your hose to pressure washer connection. Chat with us real time so we can aid you.
