Will this fit the AR Blue Clean AR383B?

I want to use a quick connect (PW4222930-R) will this fit my AR Blue Clean AR383B?

The PW4222930-R will ONLY work with the AR383B at the base of the Pressure hose to the pressure washer. If you are using the stock Gun, this will NOT work for gun to pressure hose.
