If my hose kinks, will the pressure washer automatically shut off?
AR Blue Clean BC142HS, 1700 PSI, 1.7 GPM, 11 amp Electric Pressure Washer
I am worried that the motor will burn out if flow is reduced.

No it will not stop. The motor stops when you release the trigger on your pressure side. It will also keep running if supply is not enough to prime the pump pressure. If supply is stopped release the trigger and or turn the motor off if it is struggling to prime due to a kink in the line. If you are careful you will not have an issue.
