Please feel free to contact AR North America so we can assist you directly. In the meantime, here are some common steps you can take to improve the pressure on your AR630TSS:
1. Check the Nozzle: Are you using the correct nozzle size? A worn, clogged, or partially blocked nozzle will reduce pressure. Action: Remove and clean the nozzle with a pin, or replace it if worn.
2. Inspect the Water Supply: Ensure the water source provides adequate flow and pressure (minimum 3 GPM and 20–60 PSI). Check for kinks or restrictions in the hose. A dirty inlet filter can also restrict flow. Action: Clean the inlet filter and confirm the water supply meets specifications.
3. Check for Air in the System: Air trapped in the pump or hose can cause low pressure. Action: Run the unit with the trigger open for 1–2 minutes to purge air. Make sure all connections are tight and sealed. Tip: Bleed your lines before every start-up.
4. Inspect Pump Components: Worn pump seals, valves, or plungers can cause pressure loss. If the unit has high hours, internal wear is possible. Action: Check for water leaks around the pump. If internal wear is suspected, a pump rebuild kit may be needed.
5. Electrical Supply: The AR630TSS requires proper voltage and amperage (typically 120V or 230V, depending on model). Action: Verify the unit is plugged into a dedicated circuit. Low voltage can reduce motor speed and pressure.
